The Coach Who Finally Took Her Own Advice
I used to measure success by titles, promotions, and the next big project. For more than 20 years, I chased those markers in healthcare technology—leading teams, driving growth, and navigating the endless “strategic pivots” that come with corporate life. On paper, it looked like I’d made it.
But behind every big initiative or quarterly win, what truly energized me wasn’t the business outcome—it was the people. I loved seeing someone’s confidence shift when they realized they could do more than they ever thought possible. That’s where I found purpose: helping people see their own potential and take real ownership of their path forward.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that while I was helping everyone else find their next step, I was quietly losing sight of my own. I poured my energy into coaching, mentoring, and championing others—yet over time, my own path stopped feeling fulfilling. I was the coach who could help anyone get unstuck… except myself.

Eventually, the signs became impossible to ignore. The restructures. The layoffs. The lack of vision from leadership. I could feel myself disengaging from a world I once loved. My family saw it too—and one day, we decided it was time for me to finally take my own advice.
Instead of waiting for change to happen, I became the change. I stopped investing my best energy into someone else’s priorities and started building a business that allowed me to do what I love full-time: helping others take back control of their careers, discover new possibilities, and build a life they love.
Today, as a Career Ownership Coach™, I work with people who are ready to stop settling and start designing a future that aligns with their values, goals, and purpose. I don’t push job listings or quick fixes. I help you explore you—your strengths, motivations, and the possibilities that traditional paths tend to overlook.
If you’re standing at a crossroads—wondering what’s next or why “success” doesn’t feel the way it used to—let’s talk. No pressure, no scripts, no sales pitch. Just a real conversation about what’s possible when you finally take your own advice… and invest in yourself.
